Join me in the studio for an evening of intention setting, grounded breathwork and an extended sound bath, created to help you reset your nervous system and create space for the year ahead. This session is about letting go -releasing stress, anxiety, mental noise, and gently laying down the challenges of 2025, so you can step into 2026 feeling clearer, calmer, and more aligned. There's no rushing and no expectations... Just time to settle, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are. Leave feeling more peaceful and supported as you move forward.
